Do not brush curly hair, Comb curly hair gently with your fingers.

The following provides general guidance for the care of the human hair products.

1. Heat is your hair biggest enemy.

Do not use high temperatures. High temperatures can damage the hair, including permanently altering the hair texture. Use styling products that are alcohol free.

2. Sleep

Put your hair “Up” At night. This is important in preventing tangles. Never sleep with loose wet hair, for it may tangle while you sleep

3.Cowash

Substitute conditioner for shampoo, wash your hair in a downward motion, working conditioner from the top down in one motion. Rinse well and then style. This is great for curly styles.

4.Combing

Use the wide-tooth comb to comb the hair. Use your finger to comb the hair. As for the curly hair, pls comb the hair in the water but not in the air. Don’t comb the hair too often when it’s dry.

5.Styling

Always keep your extension tangle free. Brush or comb gently and avoid any excess tension. Always comb or brush hair from the bottom up, small sections at a time. The more carefully you treat your extensions the longer they will last. Support your attachment when brushing or combing your hair

Q1: Why my hair extension getting tangled?

A1: 1) your hair can tangle due to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt water, chlorine, and not combing (wide tooth comb) out your hair daily. 2) Make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week. Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help.

Q2: Why are my hair getting shedding?

A2: 1) do not use comb to brush the curly hair, just running with your fingers gently; use wide-tooth for straight or body wave style. 2) After wash pls nurse the hair with some hair oil, then the hair will be silk and soft.

Q3: Can they be straightened, curled?

A3: Use a flat iron/straighter or tongs, pls don’t exceed 150C, even when fitted, but as with your own hair, never use hot tools too often, and pls don’t do it too frequently, or the hair will easily get dry and tangled.

Q4: What type of hair care products should I use?

A4: 1)use good quality shampoo and conditioner, conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable, so use leave in conditioner. 2)can use products like gel and and hair spray to keep the curl in place, but make sure to wash your hair and not leave in these products in for long time.

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds
